The Rules
1.) Bruce Reynolds and Les Byrd shall be the administrators/arbiters of dispersing this equipment.
Any club member may suggest a donation to a worthy modeler or can make a personal request for themselves.
Les and Bruce must be in agreement with the request before the equipment can be given.
Disagreements between Bruce and Les will be resolved by the President’s tie-breaking vote. If either is the President, a mutually agreed upon Buzzard member shall break the tie.
2.) Equipment to be given free of charge using the following priorities;
A. ) To active Buzzard members who have a current project need
1. Juniors/New Adult or Beginner Members get first consideration
2. Regular members
B.) To be used as contest prizes, not as raffle items
1. High Junior
2. Beginner event winner
3. "Rendering” Consolation?
3.) Equipment to be stored at Les Byrd’s home, clearly marked “Simmons Inventory.” Note: Bruce Reynolds also has some of the inventory, as noted below.
